The angry group broke into the company's head office, after the company announced plans to shut down an oil refinery near the Belgian border, where 800 people work, and build a natural gas facility instead. Some of the protestors lit fireworks in the lobby of the building, while others threw sparklers at the police.
Police used tear gas to disperse the crowd.
